Nutrition in pregnancy is your first opportunity to nourish your baby.

Hi, I’m Annie!

GET TO KNOW ME

I’m a Prenatal Registered Dietitian. It is a passion of mine to help women learn how to eat to support a healthy pregnancy! With all of the fad diets and outdates nutrition advice online, it can feel incredibly confusing figuring what you should actually be eating to support your pregnancy. I will teach you how to feel confident in what to eat (an not eat) and support you at every step of the way.

I am a Registered Dietitian accredited through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition from Oakland University and a Master’s of Science in Human Nutrition and Health from Eastern Michigan University. Here I completed my 1,200+ hours of supervised practice working under amazing Registered Dietitians in the field. I spent my specialty rotation working alongside pediatric and prenatal dietitians at Women, Infant and Children (WIC), the Maternal Infant Health Program (MIHF) and community programs where I learned how to help my clients grow healthy babies inside and outside of the womb.

“I LOVED working with Annie! I suffer from Crohn’s Disease and Annie created meal plans that would not cause inflammation, plus recommended multiple vitamins for me to take to make sure I get all my nutrients. Annie is very responsive and I feel comfortable asking her questions and discussing my nutrition and fitness goals. Because of her, I am more confident on choosing foods that best suit my needs. I highly recommend Annie and am so thankful for her!”

  • Eric J.

“I really enjoyed working with Annie! She is professional, responsive and knowledgeable. She was always available to answer any questions I had. She created a meal plan that was not only based on my weight loss goals, but also included foods that I enjoy eating. She is very organized and provided a very specific meal plan, which included grocery list items and easy to make recipes, that were also delicious! Annie is very personable and easy to work with. I am thankful for her help and I highly recommend her!”
